1. Searching for a product?
Browse through the different categories by using the side menu navigation. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for, enter it into the search field above the navigation menu.
2. How do I know my size
Each manufacturer and brand has their own design and fit we strongly encourage customers to refer to the Sizing Info section where we have put all the Sizing Charts together, in some cases a specific sizing chart is displayed on the product description which means it has different measurements from the sizing charts listed, please guide yourself with this. If you still have doubts contact us to help you pick the correct size. Sizes are listed in Australian sizing, however Jeans are sold worldwide please be aware that jeans usually come tagged in US sizing Australian and international orders please refer the sizing conversion to understand sizing.
3. What currencies do you accept?
Currently we can only accept the following currencies, please check the list before making an international purchase

- Other Currencies: Canadian dollars, Euros, British pounds, Japanese yen, Swiss francs, Hong Kong dollars, Singapore dollars, Swedish kronor, Danish kroner, Polish zlotys, Norwegian kroner, Mexican pesos, Brazilian Real , Malaysian Ringgits, Philippine pesos, New Taiwan dollars, Russian rouble (other currencies to be added soon)
4. Adding a product to my basket?
Click on the product you like, select size in order to be able to see the add to cart button once seen click on it to add to basket. Once in the cart you can vary the quantity. If you want to continue browsing you can click the Continue Shopping Button.
5. Submit an order?
After you have added your items to your shopping bag, proceed by clicking Items in the top right of the website
- Review your items – ensure that you have selected the correct size, colours and quantities.
- Enter in a COUPON CODE OR GIFT CERTIFICATE if you have one.
- If you are a returning customer log in, if not create an account or check out as a guest. Even if you checkout as a guest you need to provide us with some information to process your order such as billing and delivery address.
- If you live outside of Australia – select your country of delivery. (some of the products are not delivered Worldwide please check this on product description).
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- Review your order one more time and take the time of giving us some information on how you found us. You can also specify additional directions.
- Read and accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE by ticking the box
- Select your payment method and complete checkout safely with one of our partners.
- For CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL payments – you will be directed to the PayPal website. The order will be place when you select PAY NOW on the PayPal website. Or will be processed trough STRIPE form for credit cards
NOTE: Once you order is placed you should receive a confirmation email. Should you not receive this email within 2-3 hours, please contact us
6. What happens after I place my order?
We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order; we know you are desperate to start wearing your beautiful pieces. First, you will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Then, once we’ve despatch your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Some of the orders are Factory orders so we will try to keep you informed on the parcel.
7. Can I change my order after I click submit?
You can make changes to the order if you email or call us within 1 hour after you’ve placed the order.
8. Can I cancel my order after I click submit?
Yes, only if your order has not been shipped. Contact us to make a refund immediately.
9. Do I have to become a member after I place my order?
If you are new to Crazy4Jeans and don’t wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member, you will miss out on future promotions, competitions and offers.
10. How do I send my order as a gift?
You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter your billing information you should choose a different delivery address. On the additional directions please state that this is a gift. The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.
We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown.
We do require a contact name; phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

11. Is it safe to shop on Crazy4Jeans online?
Of course it is! Crazy4Jeans online store uses Rapid SSL encryption as well as Paypal services which allows security encryption of any data provided to ensure that your purchases are 100% secure. For more information on their technology please visit the Paypal website.
We also accept credit card payments via Braintree payments which uses a similar SSL security encryption to paypal
12. How do I pay for my order
Currently we accept PayPal and credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Dinners Club, American Express payments through Braintree payments
Zippay Solutions has partnered with Crazy4Jeans to offer Australian customers with a Buy Now Pay Later solution (up to $500 to expend in store once approved) you can apply directly from our checkout page.

13. Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we are not receiving orders over the phone but you can email us with your requirements and we will contact you shortly.
14. Can I pick up my items?
For the moment we are trading online only. Please contact us if you want to discuss pick up.
15. I forgot my password, what do I do now?
If you don’t know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top of the page and click “My account”. And then click Forgotten Password. Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive!
16. Stock availability / pre orders
New styles are placed onto the site every month! Our aim is to bring you all the latest Jeans, Shirts, Shoes, Jackets styles available to purchase through our online store. You have to be fast because if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee that we will get more delivered as we bring unique collections. Every end of Collection we will put Pre Orders items (some of the products) for you to be the first on getting them before they arrive. Pre Orders have to be paid at its 50% to ensure the piece will come in the size and colour requested, the other half is payable upon arrival and delivered next day after payment has cleared.
1. Can I return my online order?
In addition to your Statutory Rights, Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
- Faulty Items / Non as ordered (different style or size to the one stated in your original order*): Full Refund is made trough the original payment method unless an exchange is requested.
- Garment Does not fit: Store Credit or Exchange (for same style if in stock or a different style similar in price)
- Change of mind**: Store Credit or Exchange (for same style if in stock or a different style similar in price)
- Sale Items: If you buy a product with a discount of 30% or more, it’s considered a final sale. Final sales cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels / tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or marked.
- You need to notify us with your intention within the next 14 days of receiving your goods. Email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning.
- Post the garment/item to the address below with the original receipt and written reason of return. (shipping value is payable by customer)
- If your return items get lost in the post, we aren’t held liable.
- After we have received your items and checked everything is in order, we will notify you our outcome and in case of:
- Full Refunds: Allow 10 business days to see your credit back, refunds will be issued in the same way / method you’ve paid.
- Store Credit: Allow 2-3 business days to process store credit that can be done via a coupon or a different method.
- Exchanges: Allow 5-7 business days to receive back the new item.
*Our main market is United States you may receive Jeans marked in US sizing, before claiming a non as ordered size please check our sizing chart and size conversions to make sure you have received the size you ordered.
**Change of mind: A ‘change of mind’ can include instances where a customer buys an item but once received decides or realises they have selected the wrong colour, size, or thinks the style does not suit her. Under Australian Law Crazy4Jeans it is not obliged to refund or exchange under this circumstances however we have decided to give some options to our customers.

Please Note: Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose.
