Deliveries

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling of your order, before shipping.

DOMESTIC (Australia)

Standard delivery , (7-10 business days depending on your area)

–  Free delivery for orders $100.00 & over

– $10 delivery fee for orders under $100.00

Expedited delivery , (3-5 business days)

-$15 delivery fee for all orders to be expedited

(expedited does not means express delivery or overnight delivery, delivery times vary depending on location and do not include processing times)

What does Backorder means?

We have several warehouses from where we distribute to the different markets we serve, our main distribution warehouse is located in Los Angeles, United States, we ship every 2 weeks new styles and popular styles to our secondary warehouses in Melbourne and Mexico, styles that appear as in stock on the site are being restocked constantly, however due to the demand some of the items may become out stock in our secondary warehouses before the restocking shipment gets to the final destination, we could ship directly from the main warehouse at any time. Backorders allow you to hold your preferred style and size while is being transferred between warehouses, in this case once we receive the restocking shipment we will fulfill all backorders via local Express Postage.  Backordered items usually take a bit longer due to custom clearance and processing time.

TO AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE – please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, Crazy4Jeans is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.

INTERNATIONAL (Rest of world)

-Free International – International Air Mail (15-20 days) up to 1kg (2 jeans)

– Flat rate AUD $20 – International Registered Mail  (7-15 days) up to 1kg (2 jeans)

-Deliveries for more than 1Kg may incur extra charges as they are calculated by weight and destination.

– Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local custom authority for details.

*If your country does not appears during checkout available for delivery please contact us in order to give you a quote.

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the link sent, tracking system will depend on the destination of the package and where it was shipped from. Usually items shipped from US are tracked via USPS system, and items shipped from Australia are tracked via Australia Post system.

Some international orders won’t receive tracking and it will depend on the destination and the shipping company used.

Important Information:

Orders placed on Friday after 4:30 pm, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Crazy4Jeans is not responsible for any lost parcels and delays due to mishandling of the carrying companies or climate or other public community issues.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. In this event, we will immediately notify you via email or phone using the details provided and give you  a full refund to your original payment method used.

All orders are placed in accordance to stock status and may be changed or cancelled at any time.

Delivery time for orders placed under PREORDER status are subject to the correspondent pre-order terms and conditions for the product(s) ordered.

Delivery time may vary depending on customs and clearance process. You will be informed of the status of your order at every time.

Returns/Exchange

In addition to your Statutory Rights,  Refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  • Faulty Items / Non as ordered (different style or size to the one stated in your original order*): Full Refund is made trough the original payment method unless an exchange is requested.
  • Garment Does not fit: Store Credit or Exchange (for same style if in stock or a different style similar in price)
  • Change of mind**: Store Credit or Exchange (for same style if in stock or a different style similar in price)
  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels / tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or marked.
  3. You need to notify us with your intention within the next 14 days of receiving your goods. Email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning.
  4. Post the garment/item to the address below with the original receipt and written reason of return. (shipping value is payable by customer)
  5. If your return items get lost in the post, we aren’t held liable.
  6. After we have received your items and checked everything is in order, we will notify you our outcome and in case of:
    • Full Refunds: Allow 10 business days to see your credit back, refunds will be issued in the same way / method you’ve paid.
    • Store Credit: Allow 2-3 business days to process store credit that can be done via a coupon or a different method.
    • Exchanges: Allow 5-7 business days to receive back the new item.

*Our main market is United States you may receive Jeans marked in US sizing, before claiming a non as ordered size please check our sizing chart and size conversions to make sure you have received the size you ordered. 

**Change of mind: A ‘change of mind’ can include instances where a customer buys an item but once received decides or realises they have selected the wrong colour, size, or thinks the style does not suit her. Under Australian Law Crazy4Jeans it is not obliged to refund or exchange under this circumstances however we have decided to give some options to our customers.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods (we cannot guarantee same product exchange; you need to check with us first)

Please Note: Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose.
